Due to circumstances of the last year, I have been unable to assemble my BD processor. 

The very complete set of components and materials below are for a "textbook" Appleseed design (I went to one of the classes in Oakland and used Mark's book as the template). I also spent many, many hours researching other completed projects before sourcing my parts.

This kit will save you from running around to source all of the parts. All you should require is the WVO and methanol, which I do not have.

Here is a list of what I am offering:

  • 61 Gallon Electric Hot Water Heater (rewired, dip tube and anode rod removed)
  • Harbor Freight 1" Clear Water Pump
  • All required 3/4" Iron Pipe Fittings, including the elusive iron "cross" fitting
  • Teflon Pipe Tape
  • Brass Shutoff Valves
  • Tubing (the correct stuff)
  • Hose clamps (stainless steel)
  • Thermostat w/brass bushing for "T" adapter
  • Harbor Freight Barrel Pump (very handy)
  • (2)  50-gal plastic drums (new, never used)
  • 15-gal metal drum
  • Drum "bung" wrench
  • Face Shield
  • Chemical gloves
  • Apron
  • (2) Digital scales (1 for titration, 1 for catalyst)
  • 95 pounds KOH flake (in 2 sealed 5 gallon pails)
  • (2) 5-gallon carboys for methoxide
  • other assorted bits

All of the parts are in plastic totes w/ snap lids.

Take it all home for $450. - cash or postal money order.
You will need to move everything yourself. I can help load on my end.
