that currently produces HiOmega Flaxoil at 25ton/day 312 days/year for several national
retailers for nutraceutical uses. Existing
business has 3.5 million in sales.
The
company is looking to raise capital to venture into the Bio Diesel
industry. They have great relationships
with the farms that provide sourcing of production stock and believe that Western Canada is the best source for this product. They have been working with a Swiss company
that manufactures the equipment to transform the oils into Bio Diesel.

think with your public company experience and you desire to get involved in the
Bio Diesel business that you would be a great fit. The management team also wants to bring this
company public. They are looking to raise $7.5mm.
