This class is for people who want to go home at the end of the day with a processor.. this is similar to workshops that Girl Mark gives around the country- there seems to be a lot of interest in the NW!    You bring an electric water heater (recommend 50 or 80 gal), and order a the plumbing kit from b100supply.com to create a processor that looks like this: http://www.b100supply.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=1036   (I will have a 12 gal "mini"-Appleseed processor on display). If you don't have a water heater by then, you can assemble the other parts and add to water heater at home later.
