B100 project in Chicago Hts., IL

With financial assistance from British Petroleum (A+ for Energy Grant), we are starting a WVO recycling program in our school district. We will run bench-top scale production while my students optimize the process, but start building and perfecting our processor/QC before Christmas break. Our final products are being analyzed through our own laboratory work, but also in coordination with Roosevelt University and Governors State University. Full scale processing will start by January 2008, at the latest. My students will research the hard numbers of exactly how much we can sustainably produce. Anyone interested? Please email me at: blatham@sd206.org

Re: B100 for sale in Chicago Hts., IL

Selling Biodiesel legally can be quite involved and expensive. I'm assuming you don't want to produce and sell illegally, so I'd recommend finding a National Biodiesel Board producer in your area and see if they'd work with you in some capacity. Else, become an NBB producer.

    Good luck.
