I work for a advisory company, and we are currently looking for international opportunities in the Biodiesel market. We are currently acquiring a Brazilian BD company, and in negotiations with a South African investment group on a joint venture there. What we specialize in though is turnaround projects. Our net assets with just this one company already stand at $80-100 million, depending on the final audited value of lands owned. The audit is being done by KPMG.
We focus on implementing a practical business model, one which is certainly not new, and is seldom used today. Those that do, are doing quite well. Anyone that has any info on plants not exactly doing well and in need of sale, please advise.
