B100 Supply is investigating improved mixing for Appleseed Processors. We are currently looking at Eductors mounted inside the tank. Our preliminary tests indicate reduced mixing times and improved quality through the use of the eductor. To expand and speed up our testing, we have decided to conduct a beta test on our eductors. These eductors are specifically matched to go with the little blue pumps we use on the Appleseeds. Participants will receive an eductor and the adapter needed to install it in an Appleseed. Particpants will be expected to perform three tests. Tests 1 and 2 will be using the same oil.
Test 1- Control. Conduct a series of tests before installing the eductor to determine a baseline. various tests will be performed
Test 2 - Same as test 1 with eductor installed
Test 3 - See if you can pass the 3/27 test while loading the methanol/lye mixture as quickly as possible.
