I agree, B-100 is going to be a bit thick by the end of this week. We are supposed to have Zero degrees for a couple of days by weeks end. Most of the Biodiesel retailers in this area sell B-11 with winter additives just like regular D-2 Winterblend diesel. If you want to try Feece this week just figure out what percentage you want, guestimate the volume in your tank when you fill, add the B-100 and then "splash blend" from the pumps up front to the roughly correct percentage. If you have lurked/perused this board for a while you'll have noted that when starting out on Biodiesel, especially in higher percentages, you may dislodge the gunk that dinodiesel leaves in our fuel systems. So, put a preventative maintenence fuel filter change in the schedule soon. It's always good to carry an extra filter with you in a compression ignition engine, just in case, so you are not stranded for long.
Put another log on the fire .......
