I have called around to some large companies and found only 1 place that sells it ( Univar ) in Suffolk... but they sell only to businesses... :(

Prefer under $3/Gallon for 55 gallons.

I'll second that.  Richie in Richmond is good source for 55 gal barrels.  If you in the Warrenton area and want to buy less than 55 gals, give me a call.  I can probably spare some.
