I am starting to get requests to take kitchen trap grease. Is there a market for resale? And if there is how much does it go for? Do you have to do anything with it?
Now for the stupid question. Do you have to have a pump truck to get it correct? And I read one post were someone filters it or de waters it?
But these traps are huge right? 300-700 gallons? how much of that is water and how much grease?
Anyway as always thanks for your expert advice and pointing me in the right direction for equipment if needed and what to do.
