There is a new EV comming on the market. I have gone over some of the published data. Lot of it is very mis-leading but it is a start in the right direction.
1 thing I found very laughable is the 10-minute recharge time. While it is possible, it requires a 220KW charger to do so. Though most may not kwow what the heck that really means, it boils down to you POCO service to your house would explode in a ball of flames. A typical home uses 240 VAC @ 200 amps. At 220 KW @ 240 VAC is 900 amps. The only way to get that amount of power yould be a commercial industrial 3-phase 480 VAC service, which the upgrade would cost about as much as the car at $50K.
What is interesting though this is a 5-passenger SUV type vehicle.
