Blending biodiesel with a regular diesel/WVO blend?

I found pump biodiesel yesterday and topped off my tank with it. I'm traveling down south from NY and after topping off my tank I have begun to run into some apparent fueling problems.

I have a 00 F-250 that I have been running a nice 70/30 blens of diesel and 1micron filtered WVO. I actually brought 3 barrels of this blend with me on my trip down. Yesterday i filled the truck up with this blend and then headed on my way, stopped at a Sphinx? gas station and topped off my tank with what I believe was possibly biodiesel. Well 1/2 a tank later I am having fueling problems on my truck.

I am wondering if retail BD would react in the fuel tank with the WVO that is blended with the diesel that I had in there? Anyone? I'd rather not drop my fuel tank if I can avoid it. I have a Racor 2 micron R90S filter pre fuel pump on my truck, and I believe that it may be plugged. I have heard that running BD the first time usually knocks alot of crap loose from your fuel system, All the old gunk that might have built up over time?

So is it more likely that I have just a plugged filter from the BD cleaning the system, or is it more likely that I have to drop my tank and clear junk from the pickup screen that would be there from the BD reacting with the diesel/WVO mix?

     Thanks
