Hey everyone-
I am new to the forum, and I have been looking into purchasing my own sytem to make fuel but I am really concerned about getting into trouble when it comes to paying road tax. I was reading about a Chemist from Decatur IL that was in trouble with the IRS for running biodiesel for 7 years and he didn't pay any road tax. Just wanted to know what thoughts were on that. I met this fellow. He's running veg oil, not Biodiesel. The Illinois State Senate actually changed the laws because of this incident.
