Educational info requested,
Can someone break down in a simple form what it takes to sell Bio Diesel? I have been reading and want to make sure I have a fair accuracy for all the majority thats involved.
Just cant seem to find this info readily avaliable in laymans terms on the net. So......
1. At what level does the EPA gets involved?
2. Do you have to pass the Tier 1 or Tier 2 certification if you plan on keeping production limited? Lets say larger then home based but smaller then a pumping station..
