I have an 06 chevy with the durmax will it run with b100?

 yes. go to duramaxforum.com and look for the alternative fuel section. many people are running BioD and WVO in their duramax trucks.

I run B100, soy based, in my 2004.5 Duramax. My engine sounds better on it than it does on dino.

I have been using B100 (my own brew) for a couple months now in my '05 duramax. I also use it in my tractor and other equipment with fantastic results. 

Now all i need is a good processor!
