ford 2001 f250 fuel pump problems

I have a 2001 F250 7.3 and while runing filtered waste veg oil I had to replace my fuel pump 3 times. The motor ran fine. Apparently the diaphram pump swells up and shuts the pump down. I have since stoped and am back to regular diesel. Prices are killing me!! I am going to try making bio and running that. My question is will I have the same problem and if so where can I get a aftermarket fuel pump that will not give me this problem. Im also getting horrible gas milage 10 miles per gal. I have a 4" lift  33" tires and a older superchip any help or sugestions?? I dont want to go back down 4" and to stock rims and tires!!

everything i read about straight vo or wvo said that you would need to do conversions to your vehicle to run straight (svo) oil verses running biodiesel. look it up

also no conversions are needed to run biodiesel. since biodiesel acts as a cleaning agent you will need to cahnge your fuel filter more often. I ran my first batch through my truck and i loved it. i run super chips also. no loss of power, performance. the only difference noted were a smoother running engine no black smoke, the smell of crab cakes (YES) and put 20 gallons of fuel in for about 28.00. I bought  almost all of my stuff off of ebay.
