Case Tractor and Bio-issues

I have a 1988 Case 380B tractor.  It has all metal fuel lines from the tank to the injector pump.  I have been told that the biodiesel (b90 to b100 homebrew) may ruin the injector pump and the injectors.  I'm particularly worried about the seals on the injectors and internal parts of both.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  What parts should be replaced before I start using biodiesel and which ones are fine to wait on to see if there is going to be a problem.  I also have a 2005 duramax that I may switch to biodiesel depending on the outcome with the tractor.

 Don't have advice for your Case, but have worked with biodiesel in Yanmar, John Deere and Kubota diesels. The 1980s models that I have used biodiesel in all developed fuel line issues (I knew they would) but none have had any injector pump failures to date. That said, I am unable to run percentages over B50 and keep these diesel engines running. There is a thread by Ron (soypowr) that discusses this issue. For now I just keep my percentage lower than 50% biodiesel and all seems to be fine? (never did get a conclusive answer as to why)
