You shouldn't have to change anything but the filter after the system is clean. BD is an abrasive and will clean out all the dino gunk. 1994 is the year they stopped using rubber in the fuel line assemblies. You shouldn't need to modify anything.

As with anything, make sure you use quality fuel.  I have a 99 with the same engine and I have had no problems on GOOD QUALITY BD.  I had a couple batches I bought that were a bit shad, though I was also blending at that point because I couldn't get more BD for a while and the dino I had in was from a station that might be shady, and I had to replace the fuel pump and 2 of the injectors...  Not a cheap fix.  But other than that, the engine runs, idles, and sounds better on BD.

I was looking into buying a used truck and running it entirely on homebrew biodiesel.  I've read in the forum that you notice a little reduction in mpg, and have to change the fuel filter more often.  I was thinking also to try and run  a fernou on biodiesel.  Can anybody share any difficulties with using and brewing the biodiesel.  I read its just add methanol and veggie oil and something about lye.  If its just combine hit go and come back six hours later great but I'm not trying to spend my lifebrewing diesel.
