NPICS TRADING LTD is a Cyprus based and registered company. The company's shareholders have been in business since 1992 as consultancy solutions providers and commodities suppliers to public and civil customers in automotive, marine, aviation, information technology and industrial markets worldwide. The company is specialized in the sales promotion of various commodities and services, with emphasis given to consulting, industrial offsets, chemicals, food industry and general trade.
We are currently interested in procuring used cooking/vegetable oil for Biodiesel production. The product will be used by Greece and Cyprus based Biodiesel production firms, with whom we maintain excellent relationship.
It is to be noted that we are the final buyer and that we would prefer to transact directly with the party that holds the product.
Our current requirement is as follows:
1.Product
1.1Used cooking / vegetable oil for Biodiesel production.
1.2We are forwarding you below the analysis of used cooking oil our end client procured in the past.
1.3Your product should meet or exceed these specifications. In any event, please let us have the analysis of the product you have available and we will let you know if it meets our requirements.
2.Quantity
2.15000 MT annually delivered in equal monthly shipments.
2.2First shipment is 240 MT.
2.3Above quantity represents the needs of one (1) Biodiesel producer. We expect that we will be able to initiate much larger requirements from the rest of the Biodiesel producers, in case our end client will be satisfied from the first shipment.
3.Packing
In flexitanks and 20 foot containers.
4.Delivery
First shipment within the end of February 2008.
20-22 x 20 foot containers monthly thereafter.
5.Payment
100% irrevocable letter of credit paid at sight, upon presenting the following documents:
5.1Invoice.
5.2Packing list.
5.3Bill of lading.
5.4Certificate of origin.
5.5Phytosanitary certificate.
5.6SGS analysis certificate.
Letter of credit will be issued from Bank of Cyprus/International Business Unit, located in Nicosia , Cyprus .
