Most Houstonians are aware that our greater city area is bigger than New Jersey, and we are so spread out that a co-op is difficult. Could we perhaps create an association or club that meets once a month to have informal get togethers and exchange information? It was just a thought... I live in Alief, SW near Sugarland Airport. Problem is, my urban neighbors are balking at the thought of a large biodiesel reactor.... [:(] So, I am making a nano-reactor (less than 1 liter per batch size). I feel your pain, I'm in Cypress, but don't really have enough space. I too, would like to find people in my area interested in getting together.

I live in Spring Texas area, just north of 1960 on I-45, and I'm setting up a 55 gallon reactor.
