    Selling B-100 for retail

Does anyone know the requirements in N.J. for setting up a processor to sell B-100. Permits, licenses, etc.

Congratulations on trying to do the right thing.  My best advice is to contact your governor's office of regulatory reform.  They will be able to provide guidance as to which state requirements you will need to meet.  You will certainly need to register as a sales tax vendor, and will most likely need a permit from your state's department of environmental conservation.  You will also want to contact the IRS and the EPA to see what requirements they have. Good luck.
