Some info on using BIO fuel in your heating system

First off I am not in anyway against BIO fuels. I am just stating some facts which might save some of you alot of money in the long run.

First the only oil burner rated to use B-5 Max is made by the Beckett only ones that were produced after Jan 06.  So basically if you are using anything but #2 fuel oil you basically voided any warrenty that oil burner had.  Also your homeonwers insurance probably will not cover any damages to your home if the heater malfunctions because you are not authorized to be using this fuel in your heating equipment.  Bio fuels are a up and coming thing, but lets let people research them in your heating system, before you just say its ok.

There are stoves out there that burn B100. Google KUMA stoves, they make a nice wood stove type that a friend has and I will have one for next winter.
