Would be interested in starting some sort of fuel making co op in WNC. Have a shop set up in Waynesville to make 30 gal a week (would like to expand). Shoot me an email if interested. Also selling a diesel truck at a good deal.

I've got an advanced topics class coming up at the end of July in Pittsboro (near Raleigh) at Piedmont Biofuels Co-op, which should bring together a bunch of experienced North Carolina brewers to talk shop. Thought you might be interested if you're looking to connect with other people about this.
