This was the Energy Highway Cover Sheet for the proposal for the logistical de-centralisation proposal. I am amending it to include the work being done in Utah this should increase the chances of acceptance at least in Tennessee. wether i was first or not to propose this doesnt matter if the proposal is implemented what matters is not at all a matter of ego satiation. what counts is getting it implemented
