I am amending it to include the work being done in Utah this should increase the chances of acceptance at least in Tennessee. wether i was first or not to propose this doesnt matter if the proposal is implemented what matters is not at all a matter of ego satiation. what counts is getting it implemented

Chopper at The Factory in Mexico

these are pix of the chopper molds and prototype built in mexico. the skinny guy in the suit is me

the guy in the jacket pointing to the cockpit is our plant manager Raphael pena

and the other guy is one of our fiberglass workers.

we also built boats and fiberglass furniture there.....

the patents on the chopper are

US patent# 3,391,746 granted july 9 1968

and design patent #213650 granted march 25 1969

. we built it at Fiberglass de mexico a fiberglass factory owned by my dad, the aluminum "chasis" and landing gerar assembly was built at my dads metal furniture factory Muebles metalicos S.A. I also built my combination medical and examining table U.s pat # 3,486,747 granted dec 30 1969. at the furniture factory

solar powered turbine prototype A

this is the prototype solar powered generator that i developed while director for the solar energy research project at Lear Siegler . this initial unit used reflectors to augment the solar energy to heat the austenitic stainless steel panel to thetemperatures needed to vaporise the working fluid to the extent that it would discharge through the motor back into condensor turinig the gas into a liquid form. the reflector worked but required a tracking mechanism to keep maximim focus on the sun. in order to discard the cpmplex tracking system i then developed a multilenticular lens array which also served as the cover for the high pressure solar panel. the next picture shows the system with the multilenticular focusing lensarray-cover. it created closely spaced intense hot spots and due to the nature of the lenses that were strategically spaced from center top center created a tracking ability that allowed a wide acceptance angle of concentrated focused solar energy the working fluid was a liquid at 74F but turned to gas at an exponential scale when heated untill it vaporized and expanded into a high pressure gas which then turned the heat engine and consequently, the alternator. as the gas expanded in the confined area within the solar collector.. I hold the proprietary rights to this system which underwent extensive test to destruction because the working fluid is a solvent the proper lubrication of the shaft bearings became a problem at the high rpms developed, we now have solved that problem using MAGLEV technology to replace conventional shaft bearings.

this 500 seat minimal impact church is an earth sheltered solar heated structure with radiant floor heating all the logs and timbers used were from windfallen trees no trees were cut for the lumber used and all rough hewn 6x12 logs and timbers, and other wooden members were cut on our own sawmill and hewn by hand the stairs to the balcony level represent the DNA HELIX and the treads are the same height as the stairs at the temple in jerusalem

.the arches supporting the compression ring are laminated screwed and glued oak the compression ring holds the roof and the skylight-steeple

Corner of The Earth PUD in Sevierville

this is a rendering of the sustainable planned unit project at the Ecogenics researchcenter in sevierville this 12 unit building is a demo of waste to energy and solar applications it is a minimum impact project using anenclosed horizontal people mover to get the people to thier units. no roads needed other than the ones already in existance the building includes methane, gasification, to run a power plant, passive and active solar heating, and waste heat from the hybrid ethanol biodiesel plant will be used for hot water and ambient heating of the units this is an off the grid project

This picture was taken by John Cummings, a long time associate of Ecogenics Research Center. He won the S.A.R.E. photo contest. This is a picture of Marc pouring a typically dense culture of algae into a 50ML tube to be sent to a client. I made a couple of boo-boo's trying to get the picture to upload correctly. I hope I got it right this time LOL
