BioDieselNow - Renewable biodiesel fuel

Hi, I recently purchased the BioPro 380, and I'm currently running my first batch and my machine has been stuck on reaction 1 for 5 hours now.. is this typical, from reading the manual it states the reaction time for reaction 1 & reaction 2 should take ~ 8 hours.. Can you tell me how long reaction...
