    just found 4.5 (roughly) acres of land for sale about 20 minutes from my house at a reasonable price (for this area), 20K. ya i know thats 5k per acre, but every realtor i've talked to in the past 3 months has quoted nothing less than 10K per acre unless you're willing to purchase 100 or more...
