  • I started a company (BioD US LLC) in 2007.  Spent the last two years working on the processor and the process.  I'm licensed for fuel distribution in Maryland.

I haven't put my fuel in for ASTM testing, but that's my goal.  Once I receive that, then my market are the local farms and school bus farms.

In the meantime, I'm offering biod for sale.  Current prices is $1.75 / gallon (non-astm certified).  The processor is located in the Mt. Airy MD area.

If you're interested, drop me an email at greg.mccarty@biodus.com.

    Thanks.

  • Dear Sir

R u producing Bio-Diesel form Jatropha or any other crop.

what is your capacity and can you supply it ?

  • I'm using WVO from local restaurants, so I can't speak to the oil source.

Each processor run is 250 gallons.  Currently I'm only picking up from 5 restaurants.  I have the classic chicken and egg problem.  I don't want to pick up more WVO until I have a customer base to sell the fuel.  And I can't sell large amounts of fuel without the WVO.  My plan is to grow slowly.  My market is local farmers, school bus companies, and local trucking companies.

My current capacity based on my current supply is 250 gallons per 3 weeks.  My max capacity with my current processor is approx 500 gal per week once I find enough source.  My total capacity (by expanding my post processor equipment) will be about 2000 gal per week.  This also assumes a reliable source.  I don't expect to be there for a couple of years (the slow growth thing).

    Does this answer your question?

  • Is this still available?  I would be interested in filling up my tank in my 2000 super duty.  Approx 40 gal.  Also, would you be interested in teaming up to produce biodiesel, I am in Southern Maryland?

want to open a small biodiesel manufacturing facility. Any owners feel free to contact.
