The beauty of teh philadelphia area is not only that it is connected by a large waterway, but also has an extremely dense population of environmental enthausists and an ample supply of waste oil. I would like to propose a meeting towards this end for January 05 and would like to solicit any interested parties to join this discussion. With a limited capital investment we could grow the coop as a cottage industry eventually upgrading to a large facility. Again I'm looking at Jan 05 for a business meeting to discuss this matter in person. Until then let's continue this discussion via this forum.

Hi, I am working on organizing a biodiesel co-op in Philly. It will be a purchasing co-op as opposed to a producing co-op (to start).
My goal is to have biodiesel more readily available in the Philadelphia area. That includes commercially-made biodiesel, biodiesel from recycled oil, and filtered used fryer oil for converted cars.
Please email me if you are interested: maburian@speakeasy.net
Thanks.
