All this Jeep talk has got me thinking. Recently I saw a write up on http://www.canev.com/Jeep.html. This guy put an Isuzu 4JB1-TC into a Grand Cherokee, which he also swaped an ax-15 5 speed, the same tranny Ive got in my YJ. Ive searched till I was blue in the face trying to find info about this baby, like which domestic vehicles it has been offered in, to no avail. Does anyone have any idea where I might go to find a directory of diesels, or some other place I might check. Baised on the write-up it seemed to be a fairly strait forward swap(as far as that sort of thing is concerned) with just what im looking for. I know, I know, rumor has it that Jeep will have the CRD in TJs shortly, but Im too attached to my old YJ to let it go. Plus I love showing those "TJs are the best guys up" Any direction would be most helpful. Ive been beating my head against a wall for months looking for these diesels. Ben
