Josh, my company is in permitting stage now for the  test plant, we will be able to produce 20,000,000 gallons within 18 months after start date.  You need a much larger operation.  Once we have this plant started we will immediatly start the process for our second plant, and if the conditions are right we will be able to produce the required biodiesel for your company at a very competative price.  Both locations have access to rail and state ports.  To make a business sense it may be better if you would consider a joint venture on the project.  Thanks,Pat, patbercik@yahoo.com
