quote:Originally posted by christine Complete set? thats what you could see on the internet =) It's working. the one that you have seen 3 yrs ago is different, alot of innovation has been done already and those equipments could produce a ASTM Standard biodiesel. just a suggestion conduct a CHEAP seminar how to make quality biodiesel this would help the poor and middle class farmers etc... alot.. Rather than convincing them to make and how to use biodiesel then to buy the processor and tell them how beneficial it is to them.. just my 1c =)
i would like to invite fellow filipino and asian to have a exchange of ideas regarding biodiesel promotion just email me at fbros56@msn.com more power to all biodiesel lovers. we can exchange and improve our technology of making our own fuel
franklin b. del rosario.
Biodiesel should not be confused with straight vegetable oil, which is untreated oil that some people use as fuel in their modified diesel cars. Biodiesel--a renewable fuel derived from plant oils or animal fats--is a more standardized product that can be used in most diesel engines without any modifications. (Like conventional diesel fuel, biodiesel can only be used in diesel engines.)
Fact at NCR alone year 2004 there are 1.5 million car registered at LTO if 60 to 70% of that are diesel engine at 60% there are 900,000 car using diesel fuel and if 70% of 0.9M cars are public transport so a total of 630,000 public utility roaming around Metro Manila consuming an average 30 liters/day so a total of 18.9M liters per day of diesel fuel consume by NCR alone.
if we can make blend of biodiesel at BD01 recomended by Philippines Government (1% biodiesel and 99% petrodiesel) at 189K liters of fuel per day we have to produce close to 200K liters of biodiesel per day or a feed stock of 200K liters of SVO per day
the question is do we have in the Philippines a land area of coconut tree that can supply 200k liter per day.
sir im anthony l marzan and im interested in your biodiesel machine im calling your numbers but they are unavailable pls contact me as soon as possible 09287436207
Mr. Frank Del Rosario seems to be no longer involved in Phillipine biodiesel in anyway because he has moved to Canada. I know this as a fact because I paid for his services in constructing my own biodiesel system at home afterwhich he went incognito a few months later. He did later say in an email communication to me that he has migrated to canada because of new opportunities.
Anyways, with my own experiences with biodiesel. I can state with conviction that the method showed to me by Frank and written in the JTF website is absolutely misleading and incorrect. I was not able to produce any form biodiesel with this so called "fool-proof method". And according to info on this and other forums nobody was ever able to make biodiesel from the "Fool-Proof Method" either.
This happened almost a year ago. I have been producing biodiesel since then with major changes to frank's design and by following the Single Base Transesterification method used by most homebrewers in the U.S and with a lot of help and advice from the biodiesel yahoo groups. You should join some because they are very friendly and helpful.
I am still working to get my fuel ASTM spec but I'm getting closer, My last glyc test came at 0.5 percent which is a big drop from my previous numbers. This is a perfect example of how difficult things get when you work with a screwed setup in the first place.
So anyways, If you or anybody here in the Philippines wants to talk about biodiesel, make it, sell it or start our own dynasty with it ;just give me a ring at 0927-2713617
purple your number is not working as well
